How do I check availability ?

You will get an answer within the day.

How do I book a room ?
We offer 4 possibilities :
- 1. The use of our booking form through internet
- 2. To print the form and send it by fax (+32.2.502.69.35) or by post (address : see bottom of page)
- 3. To call us directly at +32.2.502.60.06 (although we will always require a written confirmation afterwards)
- 4. Through your Travel Agent (we are connected to all global reservation systems)
Do you need my Credit Card details ?
In order to guarantee your reservation, we will ask for your Credit Card details. If you don't feel safe with sending them over the internet, you may send them by fax or over the phone.
Shall I receive a written confirmation from you ?
Yes, we respond to all requests. First, you receive an automatic answer from our server by email that informs you that your message has been properly transmitted to us. Expect an answer from our Reservation Department within 24 hours (usually it goes faster than that !).Do we get a reservation number ?
No. The confirmation we will send you is the best proof that your reservation has been properly treated. You may print it and bring it with you.
What is the procedure to change an already confirmed booking ?
No problem : just send us an email with the modification you wish to make and wait for our re-confirmation.
Check also our cancellation policy to avoid any penalty if the check-in date is within 48 hours.
Will my Credit card be charged before I arrive at the hotel ?
No, your card won't be charged at this stage. We will charge the card the day of your check-out and ask you to sign the ticket. We will only charge the card in case of "no-show" or in case of late cancellation. See cancellation policy.
What is the form of payment ?
Even if you give a credit card number as guarantee, you are able to pay your bill with another card or by cash (we accept most foreign currencies).
We don't accept Travellers Cheques or personal cheques anymore due to high commission fees. The change is given in EURO only.
Which credit cards are accepted by the hotel ?
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express - Diners Club - VISA - Eurocard/Mastercard)
What is your cancellation policy ?
You may cancel any reservation without penalty 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date. Otherwise the hotel is entitled to charge a 1 night penalty fee. Reservations have to be cancelled by email, fax or letter.
Are the rates per room or per guest ?
All the rates are per room and per night - unless otherwise specified.
Am I sure to get the week-end rate ?
These rates depend on the availability. Because the hotel might be nearly fully booked or due to a large congress, we might stop sales at the lowest rates. We therefore suggest that you book as soon as possible. We will always offer the best available rates.
Are taxes and services included ?
Yes. Rates include all taxes and service charges as well as the buffet breakfast.
Do you keep my credit card details after my departure ?
After your departure, we don't keep any record of your credit card details.
Do you give out my information to anyone ?
NO. Only the ATLAS hotel team will contact you and we keep your personal details and credit card information confidential.
Can I check-in earlier than 12 am ?
Subject to availability on the day of arrival, rooms may be ready before 12 am. All depends on how many rooms are occupied the night before.
Can I leave my bags at the hotel ?
The Atlas Hotel provides an open and unattended luggage room for its customers on their days of departure and arrival. Owners of any bagage stored are themselves responsible for these items. The hotel cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or any damage caused to luggage stored by customers on the hotel premises. Pets, flammable objects and dangerous items will not be accepted in the luggage room. The Management reserves the right to refuse any item considered dangerous to the security of the hotel. The bagage of persons not staying in the hotel will not be accepted.
Could a crib or rollaway be brought into the room ?
Yes. This can be arranged at the time of your reservation. Just mention your request as a comment in the booking form.
Do you have a parking ?
Yes - with direct access to your room through elevators. We can't reserve you a parking space beforehand, however. When you check-in, we will inform you whether there is still a parking space available (cost per night is 17 euro). If not, we will show you a public parking close to the hotel open 24 h /day.
I will come very often to Brussels. Do you offer any discounts ?
During your stay at the hotel, leave your business card at the reception and ask our commercial department to contact you. A discount is usually given to companies that regularly reserve rooms for their customers (at least 50 roomnights per year).
Is it possible to have my company name printed on the invoice ?
Yes. Make sure to ask it directly to the receptionist when you check-in.
Is it possible to have 2 separate invoices (one for the room, one for the extras) ?
Yes. As long as you ask it directly to the receptionist when you check-out.
